GDELITE has been founded with the aim to approach these two martial art disciplines to all kind of public.
The practice of martial arts will boost your strength, stamina, speed, flexibility, movement coordination, self-esteem, self-control and will help on your emotional and spiritual well-being.
We adapt our training to all fitness & experience levels.
In GDELITE you will learn basic & advanced Muay Thai & Kickboxing techniques in a nice & helpful Community.
We do offer physical conditioning training & special coaching for those advanced level trainees who would like to compete.

I have been practicing martial arts since I was 8 years old.
Having a background of Jiu-jitsu, Karate & Taekwondo however it is Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) & Kickboxing the two disciplines that I prefer and love to practice & coach.
I've been competing 5 years in Taekwondo (Spain) and after moving to France I started competing in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) & Kickboxing.
In 2015 I won the French National Muay Thai Championship FFSCDA (Official recognized French Kickboxing & Muay Thai Federation) in class Semi-Pro -57kg.
The same year I also attended the Kick Boxing French National Championship.
Muay Thai & Kickboxing are my passion and I have been teaching them since 2014 when I obtained my Official Coaching License.
I have been Coaching my trainees for Competition (Championships & Contests) since 2014.
I do also love to teach those trainees who decide not to compete and just enjoy the practice.
